Vital Statistics - Death Records

Transcriptions of the County Death Registrations have been transcribed and indexed in ten year periods. Data in these records usually include:

full name of individual
date & place of death (township or village)
marital status
date & place of birth
age (years, months, days)
parent's name, including mother's maiden name, and birthplace of each parent
informant and relationship to deceased
cause of death

The transcriptions include a glossary of common medical terms and local place & cemetery names. They are indexed by name, assigned registration number & year of death. Please take note that parental information and birth date was not taken before 1908.
